Linux port of Microbasic compiler

Hello,

I've just recently started using the SDC2130 in a robotics project. So far, so good. Easy-to-use, great safety features. I even found a ROS driver that works for our robot (with some mods).

One quibble: a Linux port of the Microbasic compiler would be fantastic. As it stands, every time I need to touch our Microbasic script, I must
1) Disconnect the controllers from the robot,
2) Find a windows box or reboot my dev laptop into Windows.
3) Load the script onto the controllers.
4) Reverse steps 1, 2.
5) Verify that it worked.

This eats amazing amounts of time for something that would take less than one second if we could invoke the MB compiler from make.

Thanks,

Rick Armstrong

* which runs Linux, as any self-respecting robot would ;)

Have you considered running a virtual machine program that would be able to run the Roborun+ software? The only thing that comes to mind right now is "Wine".
