VBL1650 BLDC motor selection

Hi,

I\'m planning on buying the VBL1650 motor controller this week. I already have selected my BLDC motor. My question is that my motor has a Star winding configuration and the VBL1650 datasheet is specifying a Delta winding config. Does it changes something other that the motor performances? I\'m a going to control the motor (with sensor) without compromise?

The VBL1650 will work with either wiring type. The only thing to watch is that the sensors are 120o apart.
