SBL1360 PWM input issue

I'm trying to start sbl1360 controller in closed loop, and magnetic encoder with PWM output being the feedback sensor. I've set up it as described in the manual. I've calibrated the immulse input. The input shows good qualified data at the most points in static with 2-3 ponts error. But when the motor shaft is turnig duty sycle jumps in a huge range as shown in attached file.
I've connected the sensor with shielded cable to remove noise. The sensor shows a good pwm oscillogramm. How the sbl controller captures duty cycle data? Could it be the program or schematisc issue?

There was the sensor issue. Sometimes the pwm duty cycle on output skips. I've changed the sensor and now sbl1360 is working good.
