Brushless DC motor was created by igor.stg
I have a motor:MFH 1700 75 "Allied Motion" - brushless DC motor (number of poles-16, no load speed-700rpm).
I want to use controller MBL 16xx Family. Will control throughout the speed range of the motor.

Thank you.

You should be able to, if that is what you are asking.

I have difficulty connecting the motor: operates in start-stop (based on the waveform) with a typical "clatter". Visually pull is enoughto not  seen or is not highly visible. But I think this mode wrong.
Motor is OK. Of the 6 combinations of operating only one connection.
I also watched video connect DC brushless motor. It seems to do everything right.

Hello Igor,

I am not quite sure what you report.

What is not working? Is the motor spinning? Are the hall or encoder sensors connected to controller?

The motor moves only visually uniformly in a predetermined direction. This clearly audible "clatter". Hall-sensor is connected properly. The counter shows the same number of pulses per revolution. That is, the pulses are not lost. But when I took oscillogram of grounding - phase, he saw that the control pulses to the motor are not always, as it were, pulse

To be sincere I have difficulties in understanding what you write. It looks like the U, V, W cables are not correctly connected. Try swaping them.

I connected the motor 6 different ways and got only one working combination. The motor produce noise like a knock. The output voltage of the controller must have a constant rectangular shape, but I see irregular pulses.
If you still do not understand I can send the video.

Hello again, please snd a video in order to make sure we are on the same page. Additionally, try to aligne the hall sensors according to the attached document. Maybe the problem to be there.

I sent the video. And would like to clarify: How can I set up the hall sensor? I will have to intervene in the design of of motor?
