Hello,
Other than the connectors, I'm struggling to see a difference between these two controllers - the MDC1460 and MDC2460S.

I was looking at first to purchase a MDC1230 which the website said was available, but apparently is backordered. I don't really want to kick up my order by $200 for 40 extra amps I don't really need, but I'd like a working product to test with soon.

Are there any reccomendations you can make on products I should consider using? I'm looking at a 12V brushed DC motor with a max draw around 80A, on very intermittent use.

Unfortunately with the price range you are looking for, it would be best to wait for the MDC1230 to arrive. They should be coming around soon; though right now it is still undetermined exactly as to an ETA from our supplier.
