My drive vbl2360 if connect to pc the it shows the message "power unit is not recognized" please find the attachment of screenshot

It is likely 1 of 2 things. Either the firmware is old, or the Roborun+ version you have is outdated.

To update firmware, go to the Console tab of the Roborun+. Click on update via COM port button.
There is only one version of Roborun. It will automatically detect the controller model and adapt.
Make sure you download the latest Roborun and firmware from our web site

WE HAVE LOADED THE UPDATED FIRMWARE v1.4B IN CONTROLLER BUT STILL PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED..FOR MORE INFORMATION COMMAND CONTROL BAR IN RUN MENU IS NOT SHOWING ON WINDOW.

What is the version of Roborun+? At the very top of the browser it will give you a date code. The latest is 9/15/15

i use new software the latest 1/15/15, also uploaded new firmware but same problem showing "power unit is not recognized"
now what can i do.
even that now if i send ?TRN from console i was't got quick reply it has to require send this command 4 to 5 times
