Can't get drivers to install on Windows 8.1

Can't get drivers to install on Windows 8.1 was created by eilermam
I am trying to connect to an MBL1660 through USB but when i try to manually download the drivers my computer detects that they exist but it has an error installing them. The controller is powered and the computer see's that it is connected but the drivers just won't access. Please help
