Upper Volt Limit

I am using an HBL 1660 with a 48V battery. When the battery is fully charged, it puts out 53.9V. This is not a problem for a 60V controller. If I go to a 72V controller and a 72V battery (two 36V Lifepo4s), the battery is going to put out more than 72V when fully charged. Will the 72V controller handle such a battery?

Our components in HDC2472 are guaranteed to work up to 75 volts (as stated to datatsheet). So if you function beyond this it is up tp your responsibility.

But what about overvoltage limit? Is it possible to set the ovl at 75 instead of 72V? Or will the controller de facto work only up to 72V because that is the hard ovl limit? Thank you.

The default overvoltage limit in HBL2372 is 75 volts.
