Official customer service by Roboteq

Before i let another person use my computer by remotecontrol (teamview) i would like to know who are the official Roboteq support-employee's. I see many names on this forum and have no idea who they are and if they work for Roboteq or not.

Are Blake and Mr. Cosma Pabouctsidis officially a member of the Roboteq supportteam?

Wrong info/help can lead to damage of my robot, Blake already let my 36V 350W motors run on 60V 80A so that's why i'm asking in case there is damage done....Also i don't like to handover my notebook to a person i have never heard of before, that's why.

Okay, thanks for letting us know who are in the Roboteq supportteam. But why are not all the names in red color?

This makes it easyier to understand who is giving info on this forum, a real pro or just another user (like me).
