USB LED Red, no connection possible using USB

Hi

I have a problem with my Roboteq FBL2360, i cannot connect it to my computer by USB.
The Pwr LED is continuous green, the status is 1Hz green blinking, while the USB LED is red. What does the USB LED red mean ? And when I start the Roborun+ I have an error message.
So it's impossible to configure it. However, I can controll the motor using CAN Bus but I would like to configure TPDO message with the PC Utility.
Can you help me, please.

It seems it is since the last Windows update (OS Version 17134.42). I updated 2 PC and the problem happened the twice.
Here is the error message I got on Roborun+ :

The last windows update was causing an issue with Roborun+ rev. 1.8. A new version should be available from the files download page on our website that is fixed.
