Magnetic sensor (MGSW1600GY)

Hi I am working with MGSW1600GY sensor i need a RS-232 communication. That I tried by using the Manual of the sensor. It supports only two commands like ?GY ?MZ rather than this command any command not giving any value.
I have tried it in the Roboteq Magnetic sensor software. In that also its not working. Can you share RS-232 right commands for communication

Can you clarify the issue you are having? Page 14 of the sensor's datasheet outlines all compatible commands over serial.

I used that commands only in the Roboteq software it does not give any values. In that page itself ?GY and ?MZ for two commands it give values rather than that commands it does not give any value.
For example:
when we give ?GY 20:13:40 the gyroscope value comes but when giving ?MGD it gives like --- in the window. This is my problem

Hmm, are you on the 3.0beta firmware? Or are you still on 1.0.

A lot of the documented features are only implemented on the new 3.0 firmware, which we will be designating as a release version.
