RIOX-1216 wont power up

Hi,

I have a RIOX-1216 that doesn't seem to power up. I apply 12V from a wall wart but I don't seem to get 5V out of the buck converter when I measure with a multi-meter. If I connect the board with a usb cable then I get 5V from USB port and the board does power on and connect telling me it's an issue with the buck converter on the board. I'm just wondering who I can contact about this since it seems I got a bad board.
