Hello,
I am working with SDC2130 connected to 24V DC motor with planetary gear.
First of all I try it with open loop configuration. It works properly, CW/CCW rotation and adjusting speed no problem.
But when I try in close loop configuration, it cant works properly. When I slide the speed control, the motor move only in one direction and with aceleration in speed.
When I try to move the speed control, nothin happen.
Could somebody help me ?
I also attach pdf of my motor and encoder
Thanks a lot

Tri to do this:
-Select the "Closed Loop Speed" mode
- In closed loop parameters , adjusts the "PID" until the engines run correctly
-In closed loop parameters , set the position mode velocity with the rpm of your engines
then if you want to add also the encoders, in the I / O screen go to encoder and select, ENCODER 1 motorcommand motor 2, and on ENCODER2 motorcommand motor 1
But first try the first part then add the second

Thanks @Davidetwinp98
I have adjust the PID parameter, and finally the motor can turn CW and CCW but still unstable RPM/speed.
but I first of all I must define the encoder to feedback, and then I adjust the PID

Does anyone know parameter said "Position Turns Min to Max" under "Close Loop Parameter" ?

I think in that parameter are indicated the rpm that removes or adds every second to go from zero to the desired speed

Thanks @Davidetwinp98
Other question is, in open loop mode motor power can reach to the max (value:1000). But in close loop, it can only reach value:150
Why this happen?

it depends on how you set the PID, in closed loop everything is regulated by the PID, you have to try to find an ideal PID for your engines

I would also like to add the the position turns min/max is calcualted automatically on the controller, and it will set every time you load settings from the controller, so I wouldn't worry about setting it.
