MGSW1600 using RS232 communication

Hi there,

I am using the sensor MGSW1600 and I would like to communicate the sensor with a computer via RS232. At the computer side, I use Hyper Terminal to send/receive data from the sensor. When I powered the sensor, in the hyper terminal, I got this message:
"<0>Starting ...
FID=Roboteq v3.0 MGSW1600 09/06/2018"
However, when I attempt to read the data from the sensor by sending this command "?MGD", I did not get any signal from the sensor. Please give me support.

The problem was solved by myself. The sensor is so quite interesting.
