Use of Roboteq Packages in ROS Melodic

Hi all,

I am currently upgrading the hardware on a project that I am working on. One of these changes has necessitated me to go from ROS Kinetic to ROS Melodic. Has anyone found success with this task? I have been able to launch roboteq_diff_driver, but have been getting crashes when trying to communicate with it through serial connection when publishing to it through geometry/Twist.
