USB not detected was created by saoto28_tmp

When I plug my SDC2160S to a PC, USB is not detected by PC.
The device manager of win10 says that it is an unknown USB device.
When I change the controller to other stocked one, it is no problem.
So, it must be the controller issue.
I updated the firmware through rs-232c connection. But, it is not resolved.
What can I do?
