Hi,
I am using the ModbusTCP interface for the first time on a FBL2360E controller and experiencing a really slow response rate.
Please find attached a log with highlited rows of one query to the controller where you can see:
1. No.3: query to controller
2. No.6: ACK from controller ~56ms later
3. No.11: answer from controller ~111ms later
This happens with every query and gives us a transmission rate of around 7Hz for all queries. This is simply insufficient for our application. Is there something I can do to minimize the response time of the controller or do I need to change interface?
regards, Sergio

Hello SeMi
This is not usual to Roboteq's controllers, i agree that it is very slow response.
I suggest to send only a query to the controller without anyting else (script, etc) and see the responses there.
If the response rate is good then you can strat building up the other functions of the application
Als it is not something to customize so we must follow that procedure to investigate.
If the response is slow again then i suppose that is something hardware.
Please try and let me know.
