Motor direction Issues

I'm having problems, changing the motor direction on 1 motor

If I have both motors set to direct or  Inverted the motors runs smoothly but in different directions

If I have 1 direct and 1 inverted to correct this ,then motors make a weird noise while moving 

I've used the same file as a previous contract which didn't have this problem  , Could this be a firmware issue with controller

All sorted

When the system was wired,it was wired the encoders to the wrong motor so got directional problems
