Motor Control from External Hall Sensor was created by fidelis
I'm looking to control speed of a BLDC sensored motor by using an external hall sensor that tracks magnets rotating on a shaft that is downstream (not directly coupled) of the motor shaft itself. I'm using an SBL1300 controller. How can I configur the controller under closed loop speed control (or other motor control) to do this? I have the hall sensor as a digital input on the controller.
