The script gets loaded to the controller via the Roborun+ PC utility. You must have that installed and controller connected to PC to do this.

You write your script into the Roborun+ "Scripting" tab as you show in your picture. Then when you have finished, you click on "To device", to build and send that script to controller.

See the user manual for microbasic scripting. It is not C language. Page 135 for microbasic scripting and page 163 has the section for command references.
