Is it possible to compare the script in the controller to on loaded in Roborun+?
For continuing development, when Roborun+ is re-connected to the controller that has had a script already loaded into it, what is the procedure needed to monitor script and variable in Roborun+?

It is not possible to load the full script that is on a controller like you can the configuration. If the controller has the latest firmware release then there is a checksum function that you can use to determine which script is loaded to the controller for comparison sake. See SCC on page 258 of the manual
