Invalid command ScanCANValue

6 years 1 week ago #29533174 by DL
Hello,

I am using 2 MDC2230 controller in Master slave RoboCan configuration. I can see the presence of a slave by querying (?CL 1) and I can send it command. I would like to retrieved info by using ScanCANValue in my script but it is not recognized and when I try to simulate the behavior of the script I get "invalid command ScanCANValue". The same occured with FetchCANValue.

Should I activate somewhere this commands?

Firmware ID: Roboteqnv1.7 MDC2XXX

Thanks

Please update to the latest version of Roborun+ and update your controller to the latest firmware. Both are available in the Download Center .

If the problem persists after performing these updates please attach your script so I can have a look.

Hello, I finally updated my controllers to 1.8 v firmware and now the commands ScanCANValue and ReadScannedCANValue are recognized.

Despite this, I cannot read all the information from the slave controller. The result I obtained with my script is to retrieve all the info from master and only partially the ones from channel 1 slave, while I do not have any info from channel 2 slave.

Could you please have a look on my script ?
