Help with programming - shutting down output and turning it back on

Hey guys, I am having trouble finding a clean way to turn off the fets and turn them back on, and throw the system into analog closed loop position control from a script.  In my script I have 3 ranges on an analog in, that determins what the motor and drive do, and one of those three ranges, the motor needs to be powered off, and the other two it needs to be on.  I cant find how to do this.  I looked at all the example scripts and looked through both the programming reference and the drive manual.
