Hello,

I am a little confused about feeding my R/C receiver 5v from the controller. I read in the manual that the wire loop can feed my receiver. Does that mean that I can just cut into the loop on the connector and attach my wires to the receiver, or am I missing something? From the image I was thinking that the wires (1) and (2) that go into my reciever are feeding the receiver, but knowing how recievers work that seems unlikely. I just want to make sure I feed my Futaba reciever correctly. One last thought is connecting the receiver to the seperate logic wires for the controller if i have a seperate battery for the controller logic.

Recivers have a plug that is reserved for connecting to the battery.

However, the two power pins (GND and VCC) are replicated on each of the plugs for the RC servos.

To power your radio from the controller, use the supplied cable as-is (do not cut the loop). Connect the wire marked "1" to one of the receiver's RC plug. Wires 2 and 3 do not carry 5V from the controller.
