Upgradation of Firmware on AX3500

Dear Sir
I want to upgrade the firmware on AX3500. Can i use the .Hex file given on RoboteQ? Can i download the software using Roborun and black serial cable given along with controller? Will Controller goes into ISP(in system programing) mode if i use the Roborun software/firmware up gradation option?

You can do the firmware upadate from the Roborun PC utility.

Just connect the controller with the supplied cable, launch roborun. After the \"controler found\" message, click on the update firmware button. The firmware file has the .obj extension
