How does the SDC controller count the encoder pulses?

Hi I would like to ask how the SDC controllers count the pulses from incremental encoders. Does it count all the (4) count up/count down transitions from both channels? or can you set this up through the roboteq setup software?

It will count all transitions.

But there is no display for this encoder count in Roborun+, We can not identify the motor connection and encoder connection is OK at the time of tuning it. It is diaply in Roborun for old roboteq controllers.
