I've got 2 questions: Do you have the min/max motor speed for the VBL1650 and the BL1500 using a 24 pole motor? Is the BL1500 able to brake the motor? can he work in 1/2/4 quadrant operation mode?

There is no specific speed limit because of the motor controller. The output will switch in a matter of a few microseconds after a change in hall sensor state.
The limit in a motor is usually a matter of inductance in the windings: higher inductance means current rises slower and so does the magnetic field. It also depends on mechanical friction and inertia.
Both the BL1500 and the VBL1650 will do braking. On the VBL1650, the braking can be disabled.
