AX3500 bottom plate

Does the AX3500 come with a heat sink plate at the bottom that attaches with 3 4-40 screws and plastic washers to hold the heat sink plate?

Please see the AX3500BP on our web site. It is a AX3500 with a metal bottom plate the can be attached by four holes diameter 200 mils.
