Need BL 1500 documentation

I just received my BL 1500 overnight from you, but there is no documentation, particularly how to connect it. There is nothing on either the CDROM or your site that I can find. Clearly this is the AX1500 converted to a 3 phase controller, but which of the 4 half bridges are used? Also I presume the ABC connector next to the 15 pin port are the hall effect sensor inputs?
