AX1500 roborun utility file reading

I have collected a logged file from Roborum software of AX1500, and I am not sure what the amps actually showing. Is it the motor current? Cosmo told me that the real amp value is the value in the column divided by 4. If i do this, i get really bizzare results. Can you help me. i will attach a file below which show the logged reading.
