Can´t use Count Position Mode with two encoder channel

Hi, sorry for my english. I´m try connect two motors with two encoders in count position mode but I can move one, which is connected to encoder channel 1 feedback. The other motor encoder no move never. The motors and encoders run ok because in open mode I have not problem. The firmware is update to 27/07/2012. Anyone have this problem?

I answer to myself. I disabled the loop error detection in motor 2 configutarion and try again with closed loop count moder and surprise RUN!!!
