I want to use two SDC2130 to control 4 motors, how should I connect them together, how can I control each of these 4 motors, because RoboRun has just 2 motors by default for specific controller, not 4 motors.

You can run 2 instances of roborun+ that can communicate with the 2 controllers. However you can\'t run both of them together under one instance of roborun+.
You just tell roborun which one sees which com port.
