You don't want to uncheck the digital outputs. If you spin the shaft of the motor by hand while in the run tab, you should see that the digital inputs for the encoder lines will toggle (Turn on and off). Digital inputs 1 and 2.

I tested and Digital inputs 1 and 2 didn't turn on off when i span the shaft of the motor by hand.

Is your encoder open collector? If so, you may need to install some pull up resistors on your encoder lines to the 5V.

I connected with a resistor the pin ENC A with +5v and the pin ENC B with another resistor to the +5V.
Is it good ?
I tested , and it did nothing.

Did you make sure to connect the 5V and ground from the encoder to the controller?

Yes, i connect the +5v to the pin 14 and GND to pin 13, and i tested it, i'd got 5V.
