The profile does look correct. Can you provide a screen capture of the Roborun+ utility? As stated, you should be able to manually rotate the motor shaft by hand, and see that the Digital inputs LED's 1 and 2 should toggle (Set mode into open loop) first.

i'm testing in open loop, it seems better but Din1 & 2 led are red.

That would appear correct. The digital inputs will turn on and off. Sometimes they will both be on at the same time, other times one will be on, and the other is off and vice-versa.

Looks like it is working. Also, the feedback channel that you set shows that your feedback is also reporting data back as well.

Another thing to point out, you are using closed loop count position. You can run this in the "Run tab". You have to send it serial commands via console or another device that will send serial data.

In the console tab, send the following commands.

^RWD 0

This will disable the watchdog timer.

Use the !P or PR commands. P is for position and PR is for position relative. Refer to the user manual for more information.

!P 1 1500

This will tell the motor to go to count position 1500.

Make sure to fine tune your PID.
