Can't set Digital Output at +5V in HDC2450 was created by Beginner

I active Digital output 6 with this code:
But I don't know how to set 5v for this Digital Output

The digital outputs are a switching ground.
So if you are driving an led from the 5V rail on the positive side of the led, then the negative side of the led goes to the digital output. When the digital output becomes activated, the ground closes the connection to the digital output.
Refer to page 43 of the user manual.

The internal transitor, is it a pnp or npn ?

It is a N mosfet. Just follow the instructions in the manual
