Closed speed loop is not working

8 years 4 months ago - 8 years 4 months ago #29530608 by maha
Hello,

I have SDC2130

When I set the mode to open loop, the motors are running.
But whenever I set the mode to closed speed, the motors are not responding.

Any help?

Thanks

Likely the loop error detection in your closed loop parameters. Disable it for now.

You need to have a feedback device of some sort for each motor channel to work properly. This can be encoder, or analog feedback.

Configure your PID to the following.

P = 0
I = 2
D = 0

Typically speaking, if the feedback is missing, the motor will take off in a direction at full speed once a motor command is given.
