firmware fail...

I am trying to update the firmware on my controller(FBL2360).
Its not working.
Please send to me older version firmware?

I connected FBL2360 with PC by RS232 to USB cable and tried to update but it didn't work.

I like to know the released version firmware from your factory.
Actually, as soon as I updated the new firmware from your website.
Anyway Could you send me the previous version firmware which is stable by mail?

If the controller worked after the firmware update, this means the updating worked even though you got an error message at the end.
