I downloaded to controller and was able to replicate the Progressive Regen Script. Once I input the correct values (no-load RPM at 50%), it works as described.
The above takes place in Open Loop mode. When I change the mode in cofig to Torque Mode while running the script (or resuming it after the Torque Mode is selected), the controller behaves in as follows: it accepts the command and the motor starts running, but i get a "runaway" and the Run tab shows Motor Command stuck at 1000 even after I bring the throttle all the way down.
What is going on here? How do the Torque Mode and the regen script interact, what is the order of priorities, etc.?

The script is meant to run in open loop mode and not in torque mode.
