Problem configuring controller for canbus

When I get into the motor control utility and try and turn on canbus save it to the controller it doesn't save. When I read the controller its back to disabled. I just returned two 2130's for the can bus model but I'm not sure if I received the correct boards. How can I tell if they are the can bus model? If I change motor amps etc they all stick but not the can bus settings. I am communicating with the controllers via serial connection.

I encountered the same problem with SBL1360. Use updated Roborun+ and then update the drives with latest firmware versions. It should solve the problems.

It was the controller resetting itself. They exchanged it and now all is well. However I did run into another similar problem that turned out to be the laptop/tablet I was trying to use. A Asus T100 with win10. They only have 2gig of memory and I suspect that is the issue. Put Bootcamp on my mac and I'm using that now with no problems. So if you are using a T100 and are having issues try a different computer for RoboRun+.
