Hello,
I'm trying to configure PID on SDC2130. To configure PID, i'm must be in closed loop, but I can only see my motor command in Open loopè mode. What can i do to see motor command in closed loop ?
Thank and good day

Hello Remy,

What do you mean by the term "see the motor command"? Which closed loop do you want to use?

For Close Loop Speed and Torque mode I would suggest starting with PID = 0,1,0. For the other modes I would suggest starting with PID = 1,0,0.

If you use closed loop position the motor cammand is not applicablle. You should use P and PX commands. Check the manual for more details.

thank you
I'm in closed loop count position. I have some problem to parameter the PID, I change P value but anything change, but the signal is stable. What must i do? If i add I the signal is not very stable.

Go to open loop,

move the motor with positive command and check in enc counter is incrementing. Then move motor with negative command and check if enc counter is decrementing.

Then go to closed loop count position and set the encoder as feedback. PID = 1,0,0. Set command !p 1 10000 and check if it moves.

Of all the above are done properly it should move.
