SDC2130 Analog Inputs

Hello friends,

I recently received an SDC2130. I am using it to read in an inclinometer and a feedback potentiometer using the analog inputs, and drive a linear actuator until the inclinometer is level.

It seems like whenever I have the potentiometer and/or the inclinometer plugged into AIn 1 or 2, it isn't reading correctly. When they are plugged into AIn 3 or 4, they are reading correctly (comparing the reading on the "Run" screen with a voltmeter). Is there a configuration or something I'm missing here? The analog inputs all seem to be configured the same on the "Configuration" screen, with the exception of the conversion type being either "Absolute" or "Relative" depending on what sensor I'm reading, but that didn't seem to make much of a difference.

Also, another question. When I use the getvalue command to read an analog input, is the value returned the voltage from that sensor in millivolts, or has this voltage been converted into bits and this is what it is returning? What is the accuracy of the AD converter (i.e. 10-bit, 12-bit, etc.)?

Thanks in advance. This is my first time using anything other than an Arduino, so any help is greatly appreaciated.

Hello,

Disable Pulse inputs 1 and 2 and you will read the values in Ain1 and Ain2 correctly.
Values are in milivolts.
ADC is 12bit.
