Process to activate RoboCAN protocol work on SDC2130S but not on SDC2130

Hi everyone,
I tried to activate the RoboCAN protocol with USB on SDC2130 device but it does not work (the DEL is not blinking). However, I did the same process with USB for the SDC2130S and it seems to work (The COM DEL is blinking and I can get answer from queries command). I know my SDC2130S device can work with USB and CAN at the same time and the SDC2130 not (too old harware).
Any idea of what did I do wrong ? Could be an issue to activate the RoboCan protocol with USB on SDC2130 which not support USB and CAN together ?
Note : After configuring the SDC2130, I reboot the controller without USB connected but still the same issue.
The SDC2130 Configuration:
Hardware version : V1.5
Firmware version : V1.7
THE SDC2130S Configuration :
Hardware version : V2.1
Firmware version : V1.7
Thanks in advance.
Isma

You will not be able to use USB and CAN at the same time in the SDC2130 that is of Hardware revision 1.5 it is not capable of doing this. When we transitioned to the new hardware revision (2.0 and greater) we upgraded the controllers MCU which consequently allowed the ability use CAN and USB at the same time. This is the reason you are able to do it in the v2.1 controller but not the v1.5. For the v1.5 controller you will need to either use an RS232 connection with you computer and CAN at the same time, or you will need to first enable CAN with the USB connection then turn of the controller completely, remove USB and connect your CAN device.
