Power draw on USB monitor

Hello,
On my setup, I am using the FBL2360 to drive motors using PWM. The USB connection is used to monitor the system for Voltage/Current/Wheel Ticks. The USB connection is going through a USB hub though and so I need to plan the power budget drawn over USB. Is the FBL2360 going to draw any power from the USB connection? I expect not since it already has its own power but wanted to make sure. Thanks.
