SBL1360 RS232 not working can not receive or send

Hi,

I'm using a SBL1360 for controlling a BLDC motor. It is able to connect to configurator, and everything other than RS232 works fine.

Below is my configuration:
1. Using Putty on a Windows computer to send and receive for testing
2. Using com1 with standard RS232 cable of the desktop
3. 115200 bit rate, no flow control, 8 data bit, 1 stop bit, watchdog turned off (by setting to 0), RS232 top and only priority
4. In the script, setconfig(_SCRO, 1), for sending to serial instead of USB
5. in the script, keep printing parameters using print() function
6. Run the script, disconnect USB

What happens is:

After disconnecting USB, whatever entered from Putty will show in the putty, however, no matter if the command is either set or query, no response of any kind (no feedback in serial or actual motor RPM, etc.).

When I measure the voltage, the TX on the SBL1360 is constantly -10.2V, no matter if I'm using 'print()' in script or not.

Am I missing any steps in configuration or is something done incorrectly?

I appreciate a lot for your help. Thank you!

When your controller is connected via RS232 to your computer, does the controller show on Roborun+? If so then the controller is communicating via RS232 to the pc it may just be Putty settings.
