FIM2360 + Tekno TO-57 AC

Hello,
I have a problem with control Tekno TO-57 AC motors with FIM2360 driver by FOC Speed method.
Roboteq Motor Utility requires necessary parameters like: rotor resistance, rotor leakage inductance, mutual inductance and rotor flux current. Unfortunately producer does not have this parameters. Did you have a similar problem? Does someone has estimated values for similar motors?

Below are technical data of this motors:
Power: 0.7 kW
Voltage: 16 V
Speed: 3520 rpm
Battery voltage: 24 V
Frequency: 122 Hz

These informations are very important for me because without that I cannot run properly drives.
Volt-per-Hertz method runs great, but FOC Speed is crucial for my application.

Hi,

I have the same problem with the FIM2360 controller and different AC induction motors. The FOC closed loop mode is very difficult to tune properly. I saw other motor controllers have auto -tune capability for induction motors. I also emailed This email address is being protected from spambots. Regards,
Jeff

Yes, in order to use FOC mode with our induction controllers, you will need to be able to know those values.
