Current measuring

Hello, I would like to know if there is a way to measure the current that the motor demands to the driver. My current driver is a HBL1696. Thanks.

Unfortunately, the HBL1696 controller does not have current sensors on its motor outputs. It can estimate motor current on this controller by measuring the current draw from the power supply. There are some caveats to doing this, outlined on page 146 of our User Manual in the section about the limitations of Torque Mode.
