sin zero-angle reference search

Hello, Roboteq team!

I'm trying to connect a sin-cos motor to MBL1660 controller - after performing Sinusoidal Zero-Angle Reference Search I can't make my motor rotate.
So I have some questions - first of all I get different BADJ values as a result of angle search, is it ok? My motor also has a reductor - can this influence the search process?

Thank you in advance!
Best regards,
Maxim

Here are some characteristics of the motor:
KOLEKTOR micromotor
Type: BLRN 167/25
48 VDC, 177 min-1, i=1:8.786, Nmax 210Nm

The motor has 20 poles (10 pole pairs) and I have also measured the number of sin/cos sensor poles according to Roboteq Controllers User Manual (v18) - it is equal to 8 poles. The configuration profile is attached.

We are starting to transition away from 1.8d for sinusoidal commutation.
