RGBL1860: Sensorless calibration - issue

5 years 3 weeks ago #29533697 by MathiasM
Dear,

After reading several posts on the forum and reading the user manual I'm still struggling configuring a RGBL1860 in sensorless mode.
I have a 3-phase BLDC motor connected to the controller (which operates at +- 50V - max 15kW).
So far I managed to get the motor turning in sensorless mode, I have followed the calibration steps. Unfortunately the motor turns extremely slow. I can reach about 10 rpm - while it should turn at arround 6000 rpm.

Anyone who can assist me? The controller has the latest firmware version installed:Roboteq v1.8d RGBL1XXX 1/8/2018
Configuration file attached.

With best regards,
MM

We are currently working on a version of firmware what automatically calibrates sensorless operation. We are hoping to release it in June.
