Only 30 % power

Hi All,
I have a 27 foot sailboat, and changed the diesel for electric propulsion.
golden motor HPM5000, 5 kW. 56 volt lithium ion batteries.
And using the HBL1660 controller.
In the roborun program I have set everything to 100%, 100Amps and rpm to 30000 max. open loop.
Motor runs fine and in both directions.
But, when I send the GO command with max speed (1000), it only gives 30% when reading PWM power ?P.
The battery current when running is 33 Amps (?BA). rpm = 1200 (?BS).
Why isnt it giving more power? Or is the motor current allready reaching 100 amps?

nb: running my own software.when I am back onboard I will also try to connect roborun over the rs232 and try it running from there. maybe I get more info then.

Motor Current = Battery Current/PWM, so at 33Amps battery current and 30% PWM, you have indeed breached the 100Amp motor current limit.

I am so glad see you here.

I have a BLDC motor(HPM3000 made by Golden Motor) and a Roboteq controller MBL-1660A. And my stuff didn't work since I reset the controller. I tried to configurate it but I can't make it. Here is the case that it can't run smooth just like the rotator is stucked or the current increases sharply without motor rotating.

So could you please share some experience on the controller configuration?

I'd appreciate your help really much.
