Magsensor MGS1600GY Range

Dear Roboteq Team,

I'd like to know the exact min and max distances between the MGS1600GY magnetic sensor and the magnetic tape.

In the specification tab in this web page : <www.roboteq.com/index.php/component/virt...pe-detail?Itemid=972> , it's said that the range is between: 10-60mm. Otherwise, when I tested it, the sensor can't read the tape when the distance is higher then 10mm.

Are you sure that your tape polarity is correct? You should be able to change it in the setup tab of the MagSensor Control Utility.
